Marriages

Sharing human love brings us closer to God's love.  To be married at St. Stephen's, at least one person needs to be a baptized person.  You don't need to be a member of St. Stephen's but do need to make a commitment to 6-8 sessions of premarital counseling.  If this is a remarriage, special permission will be required from the Bishop of the Diocese of Texas.  Dates for the wedding may not be published until counseling is completed.  We want to support you in this important journey together.  A customary fee schedule is available from the church.  At this time, St. Stephen's is not able to offer same sex blessings.  Please contact a member of the clergy (713-528-6665) for more information.
